If drinking one cup of coffee every day is good for your health, then the 22 cups I drink should turn me into Superman, right? Well, a new study out of England from Daily Mail found yet ANOTHER big health benefit of coffee. Researchers found that people who drink even ONE cup of coffee a day are 20% less likely to die after a heart attack than people who don’t ever drink it.
The more coffee you drink, the better your chances are of surviving. This is just the latest study that found coffee has serious health benefits. Other recent ones have found it helps fight liver cancer, heart disease, and Parkinson’s. Reminder, you don’t HAVE to spend all your money at the places that make it for you, you CAN make it yourself.
Editorial: The study doesn’t mention black versus cream and sugar but as a black coffee drinker, I can tell you that there really is something special about a cup if coffee with nothing added to it! You can really tell the fresh from the 4 hour old. plus you save all kinds of time in life not having to dress it up. Just my advice/opinion.
