You would think, as busy as you are, that you are getting less quality time with your kiddos than parents did in past years!  It turns out the OPPOSITE is true.

According to a new study from Daily Mail, parents are getting WAY more time with their kids today than parents did 50 years ago!  Back in 1965, the average mother spent 54 minutes of quality time with her kids a day.  Today that’s almost DOUBLED to 104 minutes.  Way to go moms!!

As for dads, in 1965, the average father spent 16 minutes of quality time with his kids. Today that’s quadrupled to 59 minutes!  BOOM!  Dads rule!

The researchers say it shows that parents have really picked up the trend of prioritizing family time and that dads have started embracing an equal split when it comes to taking care of the kids.  Everyone wins in this story and it makes me happy to share it with you!
