As of 2 p.m. Friday, Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties have lifted mandatory curfews.

According to WFTV, Seminole County Officials said that “although the curfew has been lifted, we strongly encourage residents to remain off the roads and highways. Many roadways have flooding or obstructions. Traffic lights may be down due to power outages.”

Orange County Government clarifies that significant hazards, including downed power lines, trees or other debris may not have been cleared. Please call the City of Orlando Citizen Information Line at 407.246.HELP (4357) to report concerns.

SunRail will resume normal service Monday morning.

The City of Orlando has issued a Lake Alert for all lakes for the duration of Hurricane Matthew and directly afterwards. Due to the storm, there is a high potential for water contamination, sewer overflows, active wildlife and other safety concerns. Take extreme caution around all waterways during this time.
