Orlando’s most popular barbecue joint, 4 Rivers Smokehouse, has taken to the road!
The Orlando-based restaurant has already opened locations in other cities and now they can add food truck to their lineup.
The truck will regularly stop at Full Sail University and New Smyrna Beach and the official first stop will be at 7pm at the Orlando City Soccer game on July 21st!
The menu of the food truck will be smaller than the brick and mortar stores with entrees such as pulled pork, smoked chicken and carved brisket sandwiches paired with baked beans, mac & cheese, and southern coleslaw. You’ll also be able to get their signature sauces and brisket and coffee rubs.
“I couldn’t be more excited to introduce the ‘mobile cowboy’ as the newest member of the 4 Rivers family,” said John Rivers, founder and CEO of 4 Rivers Smokehouse, in a news release. “We love finding new and convenient ways to share the 4R experience with our fans.”
4 Rivers Smokehouse first location opened in Winter Park in 2009. Since they’ve expanded to 15 spots all over Florida — and one in Atlanta.
