Lower Your Stress By Eating Your Vegetables!

As you can tell from the picture, I am a bit of a health nut.  OK, not true, HOWEVER, I do eat broccolli with hamburgers!  In fact, I eat broccolli like other people eat potato chips.  Thanks to a study from University of Sydney in Australia  I now know why I'm not stressed!

According to this study, every portion of vegetables you add to your plate and then eat (you can't just look at it) lowers your stress levels by 5%.  So if you're eating five or six servings a day, you'll feel a hell of a lot better.

The effect is especially strong with green vegetables and it works a little better for women than men.  So get to eating your veggies!!
