How many :"Wienermobiles" are there in the United States?  How was phosphorus discovered?  Has any military in the world ever fired upon a UFO?  All that and more with Adam's Fun Facts:

1.  There's one documented case in the world of a military plane shooting at a UFO.  It happened in Peru in 1980, when a member of their air force fired on a mysterious flying object that still hasn't been identified.

2.  Phosphorus was accidentally discovered in the 1660s by a guy who was boiling his PEE to turn it into gold.

3.  There are currently 11 Oscar Mayer Wienermobiles in the U.S.  They each drive around a specific area of the country.

4.  When the first typewriter was created in 1868, the creators saved money by not including keys for a zero or a one.  It was assumed that someone typing could just use "O" and "I."

5.  Some species of caterpillars have evolved to look like bird poop, so if a bird spots them, they won't get eaten.
