Hurricane Barry Expected To Form In Gulf Of Mexico

Potential Tropical Cyclone 2 is currently churning in the Gulf Of Mexico and meteorologists have been honed in on this area for about a week now.

Current forecasts have the system developing into "Barry" before eventually impacting the northern Gulf coast states.

It's too soon to say if the storm becomes a Tropical Storm or strengthens further into a hurricane, but forecasters are warning those in Louisiana and Texas to prepare as the area is already with saturated ground from relentless rainfall.
