If you've driven down U.S 192 in Osceola county lately, you've absolutely seen the amount of growth happening in the southern area of the metro.

Between new homes popping up in St. Cloud and Clermont, to the new commercial development in Kissimmee, Osceola county is definitely in the middle of a transformation.

Because of this, its prompted FDOT to start a study to see if adding tolled limited access lanes to 192 from US 27 in Clermont to the Turnpike in St. Cloud would help with traffic patterns.

Apparently they're in the "idea" phase and nothing is in stone. The study should last 2 years and hopefully come up with a solution to the congestion motorists see in the area.

What are your thoughts on potential toll lanes?
