SeaWorld Orlando is adding a brand new area just for kids!

Sesame Street Land is set to open in Spring 2019 here in Orlando!

The new area will replace Shamu's Happy Harbor and will encompass all things Sesame Street.

For the first time ever, families can walk onto Sesame Street at SeaWorld Orlando in a totally immersive land with theming, character interactions, and interactive play.

You'll walk through Abby Cadabby's garden, visit Mr Hoopers' store, stop by Big Bird's nest, sit on the famous 123 stoop and of course, meet all of your favorite characters such as Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Big Bird!

SeaWorld will also be getting their first ever parade through Sesame Street with all of your favorite characters taking part in this celebration!

And of course, SeaWorld is a theme park, there will be new exciting rides, wet and dry play areas, and interactive experiences for the entire family to enjoy!

“In partnering with Sesame Workshop, we are creating a land for guests to make an authentic connection that can only be found in hugging a furry friend or reading a book with Big Bird,” shared Amanda Trauger, Experience Design Manager for SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment.

Construction has arleady begun for this new expansion and it is set to open in Spring of 2019.
