Experts Know The Very Minute Monday Work Stress Sets In

Are you one of those people that starts getting stressed out about going back to work on your day off? Here you are enjoying family time and some relaxation and all you can think about is tomorrow being Monday. Well, you're not alone, lots of people have that feeling of anxiety and stress about going back to work the next day.

According to Fox 5- Washington DC, there's a new survey that says 88% of people feel at least a little bit of anxiety on Sundays about going back to work the next day. When does it start to set in? They say the average time is 3:58 P.M.

The survey also found the average person does about three hours of unpaid work over the weekend. That includes checking emails, looking over files, and sometimes even taking calls.
