Ice Cream

There's an ice cream company on the west coast called Salt & Straw and they make some pretty interesting ice cream flavors. Well, they just rolled out their Thanksgiving flavors and a few of them don't sound bad. However, I don't think I could bring myself to try a few of them. Can you guess? According to Delish, the new flavors are:

1.  Salted Caramel Thanksgiving Turkey, with turkey fat and skin mixed in (That's a no)

2.  Sweet Potato Casserole with Maple Pecans (I'd try it)

3.  Roasted Cranberry Sauce Sorbet (Interesting, but I'd try it)

4.  Roasted Peach and Sage Cornbread Stuffing (Maybe, not sure on this one)

5.  Spiced Goat Cheese and Pumpkin Pie (No way)

A few of these are returning from their Thanksgiving flavors last year, but the cornbread stuffing and cranberry sauce flavors are brand new.

If you're thinking about ordering some, consider this first...

To get one pint of each shipped to you, it'll run you $65, plus up to another $50 or $60 for the air shipping they have to use for ice cream.  That better be some really good ice cream for that price!

Happy Thanksgiving
