There are several ways you can honor the lives of the 49 angels that were lost two years ago today. Here's what you need to know...

Today is Orlando United Day and you're encouraged to get out today and do an act of love and kindness. There are several events going on throughout our wonderful city where you can honor and pay tribute to the 49 lives that were lost at Pulse two years ago. 

Acts of Love and Kindness: The Morning MIX spoke to Mayor Buddy Dyer and today everyone is encouraged to do an act of love and kindness, so get out and do a good deed! If you'd like to volunteer today, you can visit the One Orlando Alliance site to find out where you can help out.

Orlando City Soccer: According to Spectrum News 13, you can visit the 49 Orlando United rainbow seats at the Orlando City Soccer and Pride Stadium on West Church Street. It's open today from 11 am - 1 pm and then again between 4 - 6 pm.

Church Bells: At noon today, the ringing of the bells will take place as churches all over the world will ring their bells 49 times in honor of the 49 lives that were lost two years ago today. You can see a full list of the participating churches here.

Donate Blood: Don't forget, it's never a bad time to donate blood! Don't wait until we need it, help provide it now so it's there an adbundant supply. You can find out where to donate here.

Remembrance Ceremony: Tonight at 7 pm is the Remembrance Ceremony at the interim memorial located at Pulse on Orange Avenue. Mayor Dyer, as well as other local dignitaries, will be there to honor the lives of the 49 angels, the survivors, their families and the first responders.
