Susie's Weekend Activities : 5.18.18

Movies, Theater, and the Royals!

May 18, 2018

The rain is clearly staying.... mother nature didn't get the April Showers hint til late May obviously...

It's ok! There are still ALOT of things to do over the weekend.

Of course theres no denying anyone and everyone can't wait to see Deadpool. We're eager to see how well it does and if it makes a dent in Avengers: Infinity War's track record. Lot's of people have grown to love Ryan Reynold's as Deadpool and the story line, so If you're looking for that date night movie... This would be one.

Another would be The Book Club. Now I'm a total fan of all of these ladies... Mary Steenburgen, Diane Keaton, Jane Fonda, just to name a few. They will be in this flick. It's a romantic omedy that introduces these ladies to the Fifty Shades Grey franchise, and man does the trailer look funny. And becuase I'm not a fan of going to movies on opening night, I feel this would be a safe one to see, since I think majority of people will be on their way to see Deadpool.

Arts In Orlando

We are all about Orlando Fringe. It kicked off this week and has tons to offer until May 28th. If you're not familiar with it, get familiar, Orlando Fringe is full of arts, music, theater, and activities to get the kids involved with. Located in the Loch Haven Park area, there is something for everyone. Artists and acts come from all over just to be a part of something here, and the prices vary, but are very affordable.

Royal Wedding

It's my first Saturday off in a LONG time, and how do I spend it? Waking up at 6am on Saturday morning 5/19/18 to stream and watch the Royal Wedding. There is no way you haven't heard about it, Prince Harry is making Meghan Markle his princess and I can't wait to witness this historical event. Don't worry, it'll all blow over by next week, but I can't wait to see her dress! We have the link on our site if you care to watch it bright eyed and bushy tailed with some tea in hand.
